Common concerns about joining my 90 day Pilates Programme
Have you clicked the link to find out more about the 90 day Protect your Body with Pilates Programme?  But can’t decide whether to do it or not?
It’s only natural and I totally get it. It’s an investment but it’s an investment in you, how often do you do that?
So, these are some of the common concerns I have had about joining the programme.
1. I can’t afford it
I understand this, it seems a lot to fork out for Pilates. When you can go to weekly classes or find FREE videos on YouTube.
If you go to a weekly class then you are probably going to have to pay upfront for a whole terms course. The price varying depending where you are in the country.
If you are reading this you already know the benefits of to you, but I expect the other reason is you are struggling to get to your weekly Pilates class.
So, lets look at the 90-day programme in another way.
- You get to do the Pilates videos at a time convenient to you.
- You can do at home.
- You can do them daily and they are only 10 minute long.
- Looking at cost that’s £1.40 per day .
Makes it seem a bit more affordable doesn’t it?
Yes, you can go on YouTube and find FREE videos but…
- It will take you more time
- Something I’m guessing you haven’t got a lot of
- You will probably do for a few weeks then give up!
Isn’t it time to invest in you?
2. What if I’m doing it wrong at home?
If you are looking at doing the 90-day Programme, I am assuming you have done some Pilates before in a class environment or a 1;1. (if you are a Beginner but would like to learn Pilates then join my Waitlist for the next 90 Day Beginners course)
Whichever way you will have been taught the basic principles of Pilates.
Yes, we all get into bad habits. That’s where the programme comes into its own.
- You have at least a weekly Live contact with me.
- We start off with a 1:1 video call where we set your goals for the 90-day Programme and go over any worries you might have about the technique or the moves.
- Each week we have a LIVE weekly video class and Q&A session.
- Plus, with the Facebook group for the programme you can have daily contact with me too.
You’d be surprised how much technique I can change by just watching you!

3. 90 Days seem a long time!
Yes 90 days does seem a long time. But if you are making a commitment to yourself to be stronger you in 2020 then Pilates needs to become part of your daily routine.
If you can commit to 90 days whether you do your Pilates daily or 3-5 times a week, you will establish a routine and feel the benefits. Which will encourage you to keep going.
By the end of the 90 days you will have established a routine that will give you confidence to carry on.
4. I don’t have time
I hear this all the time. While I understand we all lead busy lives. But if you want something enough then you will make time.
It is only 10 minutes a day and yes it won’t be easy to begin with. You will have to put things in place to make it work.
This is why the 90-day programme is great. I have lots of ways I can help and throughout the 90 days we can chop and change things until you find what works for you.
5 I’m worried it won’t work for me
The fact you are already reading this blog means you are in the mindset to change. That is a positive thing.
I can’t guarantee it will work for you, it’s you that needs to put the 10 minutes in daily (or 3-5 times a week)
I have been teaching Pilates for 20 years. I have heard all the excuses, seen the signs when people are struggling.
So, with myself and the rest of the group on the programme, you will have daily motivation and accountability. Giving you the best chance to achieve your goal.
