I love holidays where there is no routine, no hurry to get anywhere and just time to do what you want when you want.
For me it’s Pilates.
I love having the time to lie on my mat and do just 10 minutes of Pilates practice every day.
It sets me up for the day and then I can indulge.
So, if you are going to do your Pilates practice whilst you are away, here are my top 3 tips
Top 3 Tips for Pilates on Holiday
Tip No 1
You don’t need to take a mat with you. Just find a spot on the beach or grass and use a towel.
Tip No 2
You don’t need exercise kit with you,unless you live in it anyway! Loose clothing is just as good as long as you don’t have a belt on.
