How to maintain your healthy habits beyond lockdown, this was the title of the Pilates Plus members July talk by David Thompson a movement & mindset coach.
In it he explained why we had the reactions we had did at the beginning of lockdown, how we coped both mentally & physically.

Over the last 3 to 4 months when we have had this time to form new exercise habits, we have also been able to FEEL the benefits of regular exercise. This so important and now we need to maintain these healthy habits beyond lockdown.
