7 Day Beginners Pilates challenge
My 7 Day Beginners Pilates challenges start’s tomorrow on Monday 8th Oct 2018. Don’t worry you can still join and take part.
People usually take Pilates up when they receive an injury and are advised to do as part of their rehab.
In fact I would say that over 90% of my classes are full of people who have a long term current injury. Or have had an injury and Pilates has helped.
How many people have you been told to take up Pilates and haven’t got round to it, usually for one of these reasons:
- Can’t find a suitable class
- Not sure they will like Pilates
- Too old

Pilates at Home
People usually dismiss learning Pilates at home quite quickly. Dismissing because they feel they wouldn’t be motivated, worrying whether they would be doing it right?!
This is why I created the 7 Day Beginners Pilates Challenge. Although there are lots of resources online, YouTube, books etc. you don’t want to do it wrong and lead to further injuries.
Why you should take part in my 7 day Beginners Pilates Challenge
Over 7 days you will receive a short video each day with a Pilates technique or a basic Pilates move to practice.
So, what makes it different?
- Whilst the challenge is Live there is a dedicated Facebook group, to ask questions, post photos, let people know how it’s working for you. Plus a series of Facebook Lives to ask questions and get any issues sorted. Sometimes a different way of saying something can resonate with different people.
- During the challenge you might not feel as though you are not doing much, you don’t “feel it!” This is because to do Pilates well in the long run you need to get the basic technique sorted. Pilates can be hard at times but you need to do it right. So be PATIENCE learn the basics and you will love Pilates and how it can change your life and make you feel better.
