The Benefits of using weighted balls in your Pilates workout.
Weighted Balls are this weeks piece of small equipment used in our 10 minute video. You don’t need your own weight balls as a tin of baked beans will work just as well!! (any other cans will do as well!!) Weighted balls are great for building strength and endurance as well as improving balance and co-ordination. Adding Weighted balls to your work out adds an extra challenge and help tone your muscles. All in all and excellent addition to your normal Pilates routine.
