How do you like to start your pilates session? Standing or lying down? This week we start the 10 minute Pilates video standing. It’s easy to mobilise more of the body when standing, especially the shoulder and upper body area. Depending on the time of day you exercise will make a difference too, I always find I am stiffer in the morning just out of bed!
