The Pilates for Runners Course Reviewed
Michelle Mortimer a Run Coach from Miles with Michelles has recently taken part in Studio 44 Pilates 6 week Pilates for Runners course as well as some kettle bell classes to help build her strength which as a runner she knows is important to keep her strong and prevent injury.
Michelle like a lot of people knows that doing this training by herself means she won’t commit to it as well as if she has signed up for a course. Plus with the added beneifit that the course is delivered LIVE for each session meant that Michelle got the full beneift of it and didn’t give up half way. She describes her journey and how the course has made an impact on ther own runnng over the last 6 weeks. You can read her blog How strength training is helping me become a better runner.
Once you have completed the course it doesn’t end there,as you can join up to the Pilates for Runners classes where we take what we have learnt during the course and build on it as you become stronger. The 30 minute classes run at different times throughout the week.
