30 Day June Challenge Day 22

Day 22 and the last full week. Well done and I hope you are enjoying the Challenge.
This week we are standing. Each day will be a standing Pilates session. We will be challenging your Balance BUT we will also be strengthening.
Towards the end of the week I use the Pilates Ring and Band. If you don’t have these you can still do the sessions.
