Balance – Focusing on exercises that add balance to your session e.g side kick
Small Equipment – Videos using either the band, ball or weighted balls
Mobility – Focusing on exercises that add mobility to your session e.g shoulder bridge
Sports – These focus on sessions for after certain sports, eg running, golf, riding, with more to add so always take a look. These are fine to even if you haven’t done the specific sport!
Strength – Focusing on exercises that add strength to your session e.g the 100!
