As an active individual who loves trail running with my dog, padding boarding and mountain biking, I’ve always been conscious of taking care of my body and managing any aches and pains that come with an active lifestyle. I signed up for Louise’s Free Class Pass week to get a feel for how the online platform worked, and I was immediately hooked! Having access to live online classes along with a library of pre-recorded sessions has given me the flexibility to work out from home and seamlessly fit Pilates into my work and personal life.

I’ve been part of Louise’s online membership since lockdown, and the support she gives is just brilliant.

I wasn’t sure about what it would be like online, but Louise has this ability to see what you’re doing and corrects and guides when you need it – which is pretty amazing given it’s on Zoom and she does the same for everyone on the call.

The live classes are my favourite element of the membership, I love the running one on a Thursday, and the calendar is great too.

All you need to do is click on the day and a10 minute workout will pop up, you can do it on your phone or laptop. It’s good to use as a warmup or cool down for a run and means you’re working on your strength and keeping on top of any niggles.

Louise is so knowledgeable, warm and friendly and the Pilates Space is a brilliant place to be.

As a runner, I’ve found that incorporating Pilates into my regimen has significantly improved my flexibility, strength, and overall performance. However, during menopause, my life got turned upside down. I lost all motivation for exercise and just wanted to sleep on the sofa 24/7. Louise’s classes saved me. The flexibility of doing Pilates online is unparalleled; I can fit sessions into my schedule no matter how hectic my day gets. If I can’t make the scheduled classes, Louise has a fantastic library full of workouts that you can fit in at any time of the day. Participating in online classes is incredibly convenient and comfortable, allowing me to practice in my own space and at my own pace. As someone who works and travels frequently, the ability to join classes from anywhere is a game-changer. I can maintain my routine without missing a beat, whether I’m at home or on the go.

I absolutely love my membership for online Pilates classes at home, and I can’t say enough about Louise, who is a fabulous instructor and doesn’t miss a beat when guiding us through workouts. The live classes are fantastic—they bring a sense of community and real-time instruction that keeps me motivated and engaged. I love how you can easily ask questions and get instant responses. Being self-employed, I cherish the sense of community the classes provide, and although some sessions are more challenging than others, there’s always plenty of laughter along with the sweat.

Live 30-minute classes wonderful as Louise can see what you are doing and no time to get bored. No time wasted getting to and from venues either. Great Pilates all from the comfort of your own home – or via Wi-Fi when away!

Studio44 Pilates enables me to do Pilates as and when and as often as I want.

I love the live online classes. There is no hiding place as Louise can see exactly what I am doing. But it is fun and a real community.

I use the membership area in between to fit in with the rest of my life. I do the ‘golf’ session just before I go out to play.

I have also joined the online classes from Oz whilst on holiday.

So, I would be lost without it.

I love the live online classes as it really feels like a community of likeminded people. We laugh, we chat, but most importantly, we work hard with our Pilates. I do all my classes online as it suits my work pattern and with the membership, if I miss a class I can always catch up. I would also like to bust the myth of not getting feedback when doing the classes online; as soon as core connection is lost, or technique slips, Louise spots it! I find the feedback keeps me on my toes

I enjoy the flexibility of the live and online classes. Plus, I can do 10 minutes or half an hour and choose how hard I want to work. Usually, it’s to stretch and relax! also hearing how others are keeping fit and finding the class is good.

Then I can get on with other stuff at home. No traveling to a class.
