Each pathway includes three 10-minute Pilates sessions per week, focused on building strength, improving mobility and flexibility, and reducing the risk of injury—all to enhance your running performance.
For beginners, we offer an introductory pathway to master Pilates basics. You can also join our LIVE classes for added support and community connection.
