Welcome to 2018, by now we are heading back into a routine with the festive season over again for another year! So have you made you SMART pilates goals yet? Hope you have check out our Blog “New Year, New You – how to make a difference”. This will give you help on how to set your goals. If you have set them we now need to make sure you do them! It’s hard to keep motivated but why not try our 3 month weekly challenge? In the next week you need to tweet your pilates goals you have made for the year using the #pilates2018goals and tagging in @studio44pilates. We always find it easier the more people we tell to keep going as letting people down is not an option. Then each week we will ask you to tweet another part of your goal, whether it be a weekly or monthly one. If you do this regularly over the next 3 months then going forward it should be easier to keep going as it takes 90 days to create a habit! Lets make 2018 the year you achieve your goal!
