MY NEW OBSESSION: 10 MINUTE PILATES
Hey guys! So this month has been a total whirlwind, I am travelling home for Christmas on Tuesday (ahh!) and this month has been full of present buying, tree decorating, crazy work and fun with friends before Christmas.
Around this time of the year (and most of the time to be honest), it can be so difficult to work out. I realised that for an hour gym class, in which I probably have around 45 minutes of working out, it takes two whole hours out of my day. Getting ready and walking to and from the class takes up so much time. Plus you actually have to make the effort to get off your bum, walk out into the freezing cold (-10℃ here in Toronto!) and go to the class. So for the past few weeks I have been trying out a little addition to my workout schedule. I still love my gym classes around 3 times a week, but with being so busy in December I couldn’t take as much time out of my day to work out.
