I have been doing Pilates with Louise for 5 years now since my back started playing up at work. Louise assessed my problems and responded to my needs individually and then within her classes and I have been so much better ever since. When I fell pregnant Louise was wonderfully supportive and helped me stay fit and well with adapted exercises for each stage of my pregnancy. I was still doing Pilates at 40 weeks pregnant and I am sure this helped with my delivery and post-natal recovery. I recommend Pilates to many of my patients these days and Louise is a knowledgable and patient teacher.

I have a bad back due to spending most of my time leant over a mixing desk. My partner suggested doing¬†Pilates but I thought it was¬†for women and probably not for me as I needed to be challenged. How wrong could I have been!¬† Louise’s class for me is one of the high points of my busy week and working hard to build a strong core has improved my back greatly. Fun classes for young and old with lots of concentration, control and breathing … but only if you’re prepared to work at it! I can’t recommend Louise’s classes enough.¬†
