I know I do.
During the night when we don’t move much our joints stiffen especially as we get older but also if we aren’t moving much during the day it won’t help either.
As we age our joints wear and our muscles become tighter and we become less flexible.
Although this isn’t something, we can reverse we can make life a bit easier for ourselves.
