Pilates Abs workout with weighted Pilates Balls
The Pilates Abs workout with weighted Pilates balls is a 10 minute Pilates workout I take you through. Focusing on the Abs (Core). Using the weighted Pilates balls to add challenge to your workout. Click on the video to do the Pilates 10 minute workout.
Not sure about bringing weighted Pilates balls into your Pilates workouts. Then listen to why bringing strength and balance into your workouts is so important.
You don’t need the weighted Pilates balls. If you don’t have any then grab a couple of tin cans from your cupboard. If you have some hand weights you can use these but make sure they aren’t too heavy. We do a lot of repetitions in this workout. I am using 0.5kg or 1kg weights.
