The Online Pilates and Well-Being Retreat is the perfect solution.

It includes LIVE and recorded sessions, daytime, and evening for a week, so you can reset, find ways to deal with what’s happening around us at the moment, and have some fun too.

A retreat at home!

Worried it won’t be the same as going away, from home, family & work

First thoughts, how can this work? A retreat is normally something I’d think of as away from home. But I kept an open mind. I am so glad I did as I loved the sessions. They gave me so much. Something new, something to look forward to. The fact I was still at home didn’t come into at all.
