Here are the main ways the Pilates for Runners membership can help you reduce your injury risk and keep you running.

The Pilates for Runners membership has 100’s of 10-minute videos for you to use.
With 10-minute sessions to warm you up, do after your run or core, and standing sessions on your non-running days, you can start to bring the strength & flexibility you need to reduce your injury risks and keep you running longer.
We can all find 10 minutes in our day, can’t we?
The membership has a 10-minute Pilates video library with 100’s of 10-minute videos in it and new ones added regularly.
The video’s range from a beginner’s course to advanced sessions, chill out and stretch sessions. All of them are 10 minutes, don’t forget! Whether you want to do a general Pilates session or a specific Pilates for runners’ session.!
Live Online Classes
If you need some accountability, then the Pilates Plus Full Support membership is the one for you. Specific Pilates for Runners LIVE sessions throughout the week with Instant feedback will keep you on track and keep you running stronger.
The Pilates for Runners membership has two levels of memberships
Pilates 10 Basic support
For those who are self-motivated, this membership level gives you access to the 10-minute video Library—100’s of videos to choose from and do at a time suitable for you.
£10 per month or annual membership at £100 per year (2 months free)
Pilates Plus Full support
As above, access to the 10-minute video library Plus all the LIVE Online classes.
£30 per month or £300 per year (2 months free)
