Why I am increasing my 1-2-1 Pilates prices
Lockdown caused us to change the way we did things, very quickly too.
Some things were good and some bad, and some have stayed and changed the way we live our lives.
I’ve changed the way I teach, I’ve niched into teaching Pilates for Runners and I’ve changed the way I teach 1-2-1 Pilates sessions.
I use to teach 1-2-1 sessions in people’s homes or in my studio, but there were always so many distractions. People’s pets, phone calls, and other people at home.
Yes, these things are still around but I think there is an online etiquette that makes us more focused as well!
During lockdown, I started teaching my 1-2-1s online, and it was a revelation
As a teacher online I get to see so much more of you being on the same level as you, I get to record the session for you so during the week you can practise but make sure you have remembered everything we did.
I’ve learnt so much over the last 2 years that now is time to change the way I do 1-2-1 sessions and for you to get even more benefit out of them.
Reasons people have 1-2-1 Pilates sessions

What happens at the moment?
Currently, I have 3 pricing options for 30 minutes 1-2-1 Pilates sessions
From 1st July I will only be offering two options
1 off session – £35
6 session package – £195 with a FREE call to set our goals and commitment plus your recording of the session sent to you with your plan for the week.
So why am I increasing my prices?
The 1-2-1 Pilates sessions work well but I want to add more structure to the package, ensure you are keeping to your goals and ensuring commitment from both of us before we start and make sure we are a good fit for each other.

How do the 1-2-1 Pilates sessions work?
A one-off session
This is great if you are struggling with a Pilates move or just want to have a technique check or try a session out to see if it’s for you?
Investing in you and your body is a big commitment and something we want to know is right for us.
I offer a FREE 15-minute call, where I send you a questionnaire to find out a bit more about you before we meet and want you are wanting to achieve.
On the call, we set goals and commit to practice times in between our sessions.
Each call is recorded and sent to you with the goals we have set for the following week.
Not only are you investing in yourself, but I also spend time investing in myself so I can bring you the best and latest ways to help you through Pilates to get strong and run longer.
I regularly update my Pilates knowledge and have invested in the APPI Pilates for Runners course.
If you are already in the Pilates for Runners membership, which is a great way to regularly practice your Pilates throughout the week. You also have extra contact and feedback from me, being a 1-2-1 client also gives you that extra advantage as from our 1-2-1 sessions I can give feedback specifically relevant to you in the membership classes as well.
Why am I telling you all this?
Pricing is something we don’t like to talk about, especially if we are British! I want you to know what you get when you in invest in yourself and the commitment you get from me too. Together we can get results.
