So when do you exercise in the morning or the evening? Most people fit in exercise when they can and sometimes that is really hard, which is why the 10 minute practise pilates session are ideal. Research gives lots of reasons as to which is better but in the end doing something a 3 – 5 times a week is the most important thing! So give this a go whatever time of the day.
