Have you been injured running?
It’s frustrating, annoying and can take months to recover which means no running!
Has this happened to you?
It has me and as a PT and Pilates instructor you’d think i’d know better!
I do know what I need to do but as with all runners all we want to do is run. For me i’ve gone back to running too early and paid for it!
My last injury was traumatic but i’ve learnt loads from it. Put a proper rehab plan in place and now back running stronger and hopefully for longer with big goals ahead.
So I was really pleased to be asked by Dr Juilet McGrattan authour of Run Well to share my injury story in her latest article The Runners injury Tool Kit in this months (August 2021) Womens Running Magazine.
